RECREATION'S RECRUITMENT DIVISION WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

• Review of initial job description
• On-site review of specific needs for job candidate
• Personal and group meetings with all immediate supervisors and direct reports
• Preparation of report related to findings and specific recommendations as to search criteria that should be utilized
• Preparation of job description based on on-site review
• Contracted slate of 3 to 5 candidates every three weeks until position is filled
• Targeted network and market based sourcing campaign
• Weekly progress updates Completion of references, pre-close information, offer facilitation, transition counseling and post-hire follow up
